email: candles (at=@) desertsonlight.com
OR... dsonlight (at=@) aol.com
(I don't look at the aol email as often; use the former email
for faster response.)
Phone: (505) 892-2718;
We no longer have an "800" number. QWEST,
our telco, decided that customers who do not have a business account
with them will not be allowed a toll-free number. We've had that number
for years; but no more. We do apologize for any inconvenience. WE are
'here' and we plan to stay 'here'. And we DO answer our telephone
FAX: 505-892-2718
The FAX works all the time except when we
are on the road and our phone is forwarded to a cell phone. If your FAX
doesn't go through, call us to see "what's up".
We'll take your order by telephone and give you the same "deal" as on
the web. Have your credit card handy. We would like an email as well;
when we ship via UPS, then UPS will send you a link so you can check on
your shipment's progress on UPS's website www.ups.com. Very handy.
Problems,
Questions?
If you have a question about your candle or your shipment, or there is
a problem, let us know. We'll fix it if at all possible. Email is the
best method to reach us. If you gave us an email with your order
and the shipment was via UPS, then you should have received a
tracking number by email from UPS to enable you to track the shipment
on-line.
If you received a candle per your order, and you really don't like the
scent, AND the candle has not been burned, you may return the candle,
but you'll have to pay the postage. We'll refund your money. (In this
case it may be better to just give the candle to a friend who does like
the scent, as shipping costs are quite expensive any more. )
About
New Mexico Area Codes
New Mexico is adding our first area code to the state: "575".
We have one year from Oct 7 '07 to Oct 04' 08 to get used to
the new code. The part of the state including
Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos and the NW part will retain our
original area code "505". Visit AT&T Site
or NM PRC
for complete details. Our telephone number (505) 892-2718 is NOT
changing.
