We are a small business located in New Mexico. We make premium-quality scented candles.
We offer a stock line of about 50 fragrances in 3 sizes which we wholesale and retail. And we custom manufacture candles to customer specificaitions. We can use
customer glass and / or proprietary fragrance oils. We design, test and develop all candles we make so that each candle will
burn clean with minimal smoke and with maximum fragrance output. We have been making candles for over 15
years. Candles are of the finest quality. We specialize in small batches: dozens to a few hundred. Our customers
are other small business resellers, spas, individual dealers. We sell at retail over the web. We never copy or sell a customer's custom
scents.

USA (next door to Albuquerque). We've been in business for over 15 years -
making candles and soaps. We make everything in our own labs.
We make premium scented candles and handmade soaps; we can custom label our candles for your

Desert Sonlight manufactures all of our candles in-house; NO imports. Strongly scented candles in glass containers is our primary product. We've been making them for over 12 years. Our candles come in 3 sizes and in over 60 excellent fragrances. We use a modern, soy-based wax with a zinc-core or cotton wick (no lead!).
Our candles are more than "triple scented". They are very strongly scented to the bottom of the container. Our candles are not inclined to smoke - they burn clean and do not soot up the jar or the wall. Scents are strong and accurate - for example, a "Gardenia" Candle smells exactly like a wonderful, soft gardenia - to the bottom. And they will easily scent a room or more - often an entire house. Our customers return to buy more and they comment on the quality of our scents and the extended burn times they experience.
Our candles (containers) can be burned or may be used on a candle warmer for equally good effect.

"Aromatherapy" is the use of natural (essential oils) extracts of plants to help with relaxation, alertness, etc. Desert Sonlight makes several aromatherapy candles which do use (real) essential oils. These are: Eucalyptus Spice, Garden Spa (spearmint blend), Lavender, Sage-Lavender, Sunburst (Lemongrass). Other candles such as Patchouly and Evergreen do contain some essential oils.
We also sell the pure oils in 1/2 ounce and larger bottles. Call, email or FAX for more information - oil types, availability, pricing.
We make several scents of handmade soaps.
Soaps are made from pure vegetable oils: Coconut,
Olive and Palm oils, plus natural additives such as Shea Butter.
Soaps are available in bricks, bars, unwrapped or shrink-wrapped. Small orders are
available off-the-shelf. A larger order may have a lead time of 3 to 6 weeks.

We do wholesale, with generous discounts.
We do wholesale all of our products. Candles receive the greater discount.
We require an opening order of $350.00 minimum at wholesale pricing.
You are able to keystone or better. We initially require a copy of your
tax/sellers/business/sales permit to verify your business/wholesale status.
This can be FAX'ed to us: 505 892-2718. We will then disclose the discounts
off our retail prices available on our website. Reorders are then $50.00 minimum.

We ship via UPS - FOB Rio Rancho (Albuquerque, NM). Payments can be by Credit Card (various), Check, or PayPal. We ship usually within 3 business days of an order placement (unless paid by check).
For a legitimate business - with a license/permit - we can ship a sample package of 2 to
5 small candles at a discount for you to "check out" and test the burn qualities.

Desert Sonlight candles are unique and profitable. You no longer need to sell popcorn, candy, magazines or other "stuff" - much of which many people don't really want. Our candles are of excellent quality and offer real value for the money. Nearly everyone enjoys a fine scented candle or knows of someone who does and is therefor a potential customer.

We can private label our candles or ship them with minimal
labeling to you to add your own labels. And we can, in certain cases,
manufacture a candle in your container and/or use your proprietary fragrance (supplied by you).

Our fragrance oils are available in most of the candle fragrances listed.
Our standard packaging is in 1/4, 1/2 and/or 1-ounce amber (Boston Round) bottles.
We have many of the popular "Essential Oils" available as well, such as Eucalyptus,
Peppermint, Tea Tree, etc. The majority of the oils retail for $5.95 (1/2 Oz.) and $10.95
for the 1-Ounce size. Pricing and availability will depend on the quantity
ordered, the mix and the particular fragrances requested. Please telephone or
FAX your interest for pricing. Individual bottles are labeled with the fragrance
name.
Please note that the oils we carry and which we sell are a pure fragrance/perfume oil.
We do not dilute or "cut" our oils with any type of carrier.
The oils are thus 'full strength', and a very little is needed to go a long way.
